Learn how to prepare the most delicious Thai dishes in this cooking course. Before you start in the kitchen, enjoy a welcome drink and then discover herbs, vegetables and edible flowers in our own organic garden. You will prepare two dishes under the watchful eye of a chef and then enjoy the fruits of your labour. As the lessons are run in small groups, you will have plenty of time to ask questions.

You will start with the preparation of your first dish, a curry with meat, tofu or vegetables (see menu below). You'll pound the curry paste from fresh ingredients with a traditional stone mortar.
While your curry is gently boiling, you'll prepare the most famous and delicious of all Thai dishes, Pad Thai.
Enjoy the beautiful food that you have prepared yourself. In addition there is a selection of different rice varieties, fresh herbal drinks and unique teas. At the end you will receive a surprise package.
Pad Thai + a curry
Pad Thai includes tofu, chicken and vegetables. The currys include chicken and vegetables. Wednesday and Saturday classes are vegan.
