Your cooking school is vegan friendly. It means we can adapt any meat/fish dish to vegetarian or vegan diet but we also have a big bunch of vegan recipes.
Would you like to prepare yummy vegan crispy parcels as a snack or as a starter ? What about a curried taro with goji berries as main course ? Or would you prefer a rose petals and watercress salad ? Maybe a sour soup with mixed vegetables ? Served with noodles, mixed beans and white fungus. If you like desserts, you'll be amazed by the variety of vegan desserts in thai cuisine.
