🍲 Learn Thai cuisine at your own pace... over twelve months!
This unique culinary programme in Thailand offers a complete immersion into Thai cooking, with 12 monthly modules spread over one year. The course has been specifically designed to meet the new requirements of the DTV Soft Power Visa, which now calls for training commitments of at least six months.
✅ A structured and immersive programme
Each month focuses on a new culinary theme (starters, salads, curries, desserts, regional cuisine, etc.), with 4 integrated learning activities:

Field experience (1st Sunday of the month)
Market visits, coconut farm tours, encounters with local fishing villages… Each theme includes an on-site discovery experience led by our Thai chefs, native to Koh Samui. Their insights and cultural knowledge bring an authentic and engaging perspective to every outing. -
Private cooking class (Week 2)
In a one-on-one or duo format, you will cook 4 recipes of your choice from the module, guided by our instructors in a beautiful seaview kitchen. These tailored lessons are both technical and relaxed. -
Independent practice (Week 3)
You’ll prepare one recipe on your own.
Our culinary teaching team will assess your technique, plating, and how well the final result aligns with Thai presentation standards. You’ll receive individual feedback to help you grow each month. -
Module wrap-up session (Last Sunday of the month)
This final group session includes a collaborative interactive quiz to review what you've learned, along with time to share stories, insights and personal reflections with other participants.
👉 All group activities take place on Sundays. Private classes are scheduled individually during the week or on weekends.

After each module, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, recognising your progress and monthly engagement.
🛂 Visa support
This training programme is fully compatible with the DTV Soft Power Visa, allowing you to stay in Thailand for up to 5 years.
📌 Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide official school documents within 24 hours to support your visa application through the DTV (Soft Power – Culinary) channel, which you can submit to a Thai embassy or consulate in your home country or another eligible country.
