Be picked-up at your hotel.
Start the tour at the market where you'll buy fresh ingredients to prepare your dishes. You'll be given plenty of information about the culinary traditions but feel free to ask any question as the tour will be customised for you.
Be transferred to the cooking school, then enjoy a selection of welcome drinks. Prepare healthy and colourful drinks with organic flowers from our garden. Start cooking the 4 dishes you've selected in the extensive menu (more than 200 dishes available!). Whether you're a novice or a cooking maestro, you'll receive one-on-one advice to prepare a great tasting meal.
Enjoy the delicious food you've prepared with your choice of organic rice, drinks, beers and seasonal fruits.
After booking, receive our exclusive guide to the best restaurants on Koh Samui—a perfect resource to explore the island's culinary gems before or after your cooking class.
At the end of the workshop, you'll also receive twelve cookbooks (ebooks available in English, German and French, value: 2280 THB), filled with recipes to continue your culinary journey at home. You'll be driven back to your hotel after the session.

Q1. Is the 5-hour Thai cooking class suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our private format (1–2 participants) ensures full guidance, so both beginners and experienced cooks can enjoy the class.
Q2. Do you offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes, most dishes on our menu can be adapted to vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free versions, without compromising on flavour.
Q3. Do you provide halal options?
Yes, if you wish to cook with halal chicken, we can buy it directly at the market from local Muslim vendors. Just let us know in advance.
Q4. Do you offer kosher options?
We cannot provide a fully kosher class, as we do not meet the conditions required. However, if a vegan class is an acceptable alternative, we can provide a separate set of utensils (cutting boards, knives, pans) that are only used for vegan cooking.
Q5. Does the class include a market tour?
Yes, every class starts with a guided visit to a local market. The market chosen depends on your hotel pick-up location.
Q6. Is hotel transfer included?
Yes, round-trip hotel transfer is included in the price. Please note we use a standard car, so pick-up is only possible if your accommodation is accessible without steep hills. If not, we can meet you on the main road nearby.
Q7. How many people can join the class?
Our private classes are for 1–2 participants. Parents may bring a baby if needed. If you are a family of four, one parent with one child can join the class, while the others can join later for the meal at no extra cost. However, transfers for more than two people are not included, and you would need to arrange your own transport back.
Q8. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the class. For cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before, the class is non-refundable.
