Enjoy a welcome drink. Prepare an herbal drink with edible flowers from our organic garden. Start preparing your two dishes. There are more than 200 dishes to choose from! If you select a curry, you will pound the curry paste yourself from fresh ingredients, using a traditional stone mortar.

Enjoy the delicious food that you have prepared yourself. This is accompanied by organic rice, fresh drinks, beers and seasonal fruits.

At the end of the workshop, you'll also receive 12 cookbooks (ebooks available in English, German and French, value: 2280 THB), filled with recipes to continue your culinary journey at home.
Please note that both participants will choose and cook the same menu, but vegan and gluten-free options are available.

Q1. Why does the 3-hour class include two dishes, while other schools offer three or four?
Our class focuses on depth rather than quantity. Each dish is prepared entirely from scratch, so you learn all the key techniques of Thai cuisine. For example:

if you choose spring rolls, you’ll also prepare the dipping sauce yourself,

if you choose a soup, you’ll make the broth from fresh ingredients,

if you choose a curry, you’ll pound the curry paste in a traditional stone mortar.
In many schools, these steps would be counted as separate dishes. With us, they are all included in your two selected recipes, ensuring you gain real cooking skills, not just shortcuts.

Yes! With only 1–2 participants per class, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance, perfect for both beginners and experienced cooks.
Q3. Can I choose any dish from the menu?
Yes, you can select two dishes from our extensive menu of more than 200 options. Please note both participants will cook the same menu.
Q4. Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options?
Yes, most dishes can be adapted to vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free versions. Just let us know your preferences when booking.
Q5. Is the market tour included in the class?
Yes, every class starts with a guided visit to a local market, where you’ll discover fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits and more.
Q6. Is hotel transfer included in the price?
Yes, round-trip hotel transfer is included for most areas (Bophut, Bangrak, Plae Laem, Choeng Moon, Chaweng). For Maenam, Chaweng Noi and Lamai, an additional fee of 500 THB applies.
