Starting with hotel pick-up at 9.00 am, this intensive private course offers an in-depth exploration of Thai cooking, from ingredient selection to advanced techniques, flavour balance and regional diversity. The course is fully private, limited to one or two participants, allowing complete personalisation according to your level, interests and objectives.
The experience begins with a guided visit to a local market, where we select fresh produce together and discuss ingredients, seasonality and regional uses. This market visit is an integral part of the learning process and sets the foundation for the dishes prepared during the class.
Back at our sea-view villa, you will prepare six dishes of your choice from our extensive menu, which includes classic Thai dishes as well as more regional and lesser-known specialities (over 200 recipes available). This format allows you to combine well-known recipes with more specific preparations from different regions of Thailand, depending on your curiosity and goals.
Throughout the course, you receive one-on-one guidance, detailed explanations and practical tips adapted to your level, whether you are an experienced cook or an advanced enthusiast. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or halal adaptations are available on request.
After cooking, you will enjoy the meal you have prepared, served with jasmine rice, drinks and seasonal fruits, in a relaxed setting.
Round-trip hotel transfer is included, allowing you to focus entirely on the experience.
At the end of the session, you will receive our full collection of 12 cookbooks in digital format (total value: 2,280 THB), available in English, French and German, so you can continue practising at home with structured and reliable recipes.

Is this course suitable for beginners?
This course is designed primarily for passionate cooks and advanced learners. Beginners are welcome, but should be motivated and curious, as the pace and content are more intensive than a standard cooking class.
How many people can join the course?
The course is private and limited to one or two participants to ensure personalised guidance throughout the session.
Can I choose regional or less common Thai dishes?
Yes. In addition to classic Thai recipes, the menu includes regional specialities from different parts of Thailand. You are free to combine both.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or special dietary options?
Yes. Most recipes can be adapted to vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free versions. Halal options are available upon request.
Is hotel transfer included?
Yes. Round-trip hotel transfer anywhere on Koh Samui is included. Pick-up is provided as long as your accommodation is accessible by standard vehicle (properties located on steep hills or steep access roads are not accessible).
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the course. Changes made less than 48 hours before are non-refundable.
