🌱 Vegan Cooking Class on Koh Samui
Discover Vegan Thai Cuisine
Welcome to Koh Samui’s vegan-friendly cooking paradise, our private vegan Thai cooking classes are 100% plant-based and tailored to your preferences. Using fresh, local ingredients, you will learn how to create authentic Thai flavours while keeping every dish in line with your lifestyle.
A Passion for Plant-Based Cooking
Thai cuisine naturally lends itself to vegan cooking thanks to the abundance of vegetables, herbs, tropical fruits, tofu and mushrooms available year-round. At our school, we have developed a true expertise in vegan Thai cuisine, going far beyond offering it as a simple option.
We are proud to be the only cooking school in Thailand to have written a complete Vegan Thai Cookbook, with 60 dedicated recipes. This is proof of our deep knowledge and commitment to plant-based cooking, ensuring that every dish you prepare is full of flavour, creativity and authenticity.
Vegan-Friendly Options Beyond 200 Dishes
Our school menu contains more than 200 Thai dishes, and a large part of them can be made in a vegan version.
Thai cuisine makes this possible thanks to the versatility of ingredients such as tofu, which can be grilled, fried, stir-fried, steamed or simmered in curries. Thailand’s incredible variety of fresh mushrooms also allows us to transform many traditional meat or seafood dishes into delicious plant-based creations.
So do not limit yourself to dishes that appear naturally vegan at first sight, many recipes can be adapted without sacrificing flavour.
Dedicated Utensils for Vegan Classes
For our vegan guests, we provide a complete set of kitchen utensils reserved exclusively for vegan cooking. These knives, chopping boards, woks and pans have never been in contact with meat, seafood, dairy or eggs.
This ensures that your experience is not only fully plant-based, but also respectful of your values, an extra step that sets us apart from other schools in Thailand.
A Private and Personalised Experience
Unlike group classes where you might be surrounded by people preparing animal-based dishes, our private vegan classes are entirely focused on you and your menu.
Even our market tours are adapted. On larger markets, we guide you mainly through the fruit, vegetable and herb sections. On smaller markets where stalls are more mixed, we still keep the focus on plant-based ingredients and explain how they are used in Thai cooking.
From start to finish, your class is designed to highlight the richness of vegan Thai cuisine in the most enjoyable and authentic way.
Vegan Options for Every Program
Our knowledge of vegan Thai cooking is so advanced that any of our programs can be taught in a fully plant-based way. Whether you book a half-day or full-day private class, an intensive training course, a professional-level program, or even our one-year culinary training designed for the DTV Soft Power Visa, everything can be adapted to vegan cooking without losing flavour.
This makes us one of the very few cooking schools in Thailand able to offer structured vegan training, from leisure cooking to professional development, and even visa-supported programs.
Your Complete Collection of Recipe Books
Every participant in our vegan cooking classes receives our full collection of 12 cookbooks. Among them, one is entirely dedicated to vegan Thai recipes, while the others feature a wide variety of regional and traditional Thai dishes.
Thanks to our classes, you will learn how to adapt recipes that are not originally vegan, using Thai staples such as tofu and mushrooms as substitutes. This way, you can enjoy and recreate the entire collection at home in a fully plant-based way.
What Will You Cook?
Some popular dishes from our vegan menu include,
Starters: Crispy vegan spring rolls, Spicy Som Tam with green papaya salad

With more than 200 recipes available, and a large part of them adaptable to a vegan version, the hardest part is deciding what to cook.
