Fried fish in tamarind and ginger sauce, or Pla Jian

Fried fish in tamarind and ginger sauce, or Pla Jian

It's also a dish to enjoy with children because it doesn't involve any chili, the sauce is sweet and sour.

Sweet and sour chicken, orange and jujubes

Sweet and sour chicken, orange and jujubes

We strongly recommend you to use chicken thighs and not chicken breasts for any stir-fried dish, the meat will be much more tender.

Thai sweet and sour pork ribs, or priew wan kraduk mu

In that recipe, pork ribs are cooked on very low heat, so the meat melts in the mouth ! All the ingredients are easily available and it's not a spicy dish, ideal to cook with children. Serves 2 as a main course. 1 rack baby back ribs (about 12 ribs) 1 pinch salt 2 tablespoons oil, to stir-fry Sauce 1 small onion, small diced 2 garlic cloves, chopped 100 g pineapple, small diced 120 g ketchup 4 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
