5 g garlic

5 g lemongrass, sliced

3 g ginger

1 coriander root, sliced

½ fresh red cayenne pepper

2 to 3 bird's eye chillies


Seasoning:

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 tablespoon coconut sugar

1 pinch of salt

A few coriander leaves, chopped


Pound (or blend) the garlic, lemongrass, ginger, coriander root, cayenne pepper and bird's eye chillies.

Add seasoning and mix well.
