Thai sweet and sour soy sauce

This Thai sweet and sour soy sauce is best served with fresh rolls and steamed wontons.
Serves 2.
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
½ tablespoon cane sugar
10 g fresh red cayenne pepper, sliced
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let it stand for about twenty minutes. Mix before serving.
