📖 Recipe – Stir-fried Chicken Livers with Cayenne Peppers
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 tablespoons oil
200 g chicken livers, quartered
2 fresh red cayenne peppers, sliced
50 g yellow onion, sliced
A few coriander leaves
Seasoning:
1 tablespoon chicken stock
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
½ tablespoon light soy sauce
½ tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the chicken livers with cayenne peppers and onion for 2–3 minutes, depending on the size of the livers.
Add the seasoning and cook for another minute, stirring well.
Check if the livers are cooked through.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
👉 Tip: For a milder version, substitute cayenne peppers with red bell peppers.
